Global Rewards Consulting started operations in 2006 to support corporate human resources and finance teams in navigating the challenges of international growth and to be compliant, competitive and cost-efficient in all programs they offer to their workforce domestically and abroad.

Arturo Fisher is the Founder and Principal of Global Rewards Consulting, LLC. 

He has more than 30 years of experience in helping multinational companies create strategies and implement compensation and benefit programs in more than 80 countries around the world.

Mr. Fisher is a former Vice President of Global Rewards for Lockton Companies, Vice President International Practice for HUB International and Owner and Principal of Hewitt Associates.
